Environmental Compliance: EU PPWR and domestic supermarket plastic reduction requirements are driving equipment adaptation to recycled paper, pulp molding, and biodegradable films, leading to the phasing out of traditional PVC shrink film solutions.

Boxing with Instant Coding:** Smart lighting fixtures (Bluetooth/Wi-Fi bulbs) require activation and pairing upon leaving the factory. The boxing station directly integrates QR code/RFID writing, SN binding, and anti-counterfeiting label affixing.

Human-Machine Collaboration for Small Batch Production:** Cobot collaborative robotic arms + rapid mold changeover enable customized packaging for e-commerce and sample packaging, allowing for flexible packaging on side lines without shutting down the main production line.

Zero-Defect Closed-Loop:Vision inspection goes beyond appearance, checking for missing instructions, reversed lamp heads, and missing or extra lamps in the box. Data is fed back to the front-end assembly line for yield attribution.

Digital Twin Maintenance:Remote monitoring of the lifespan of vulnerable components (suction cups, glue spray valves, servo belts) enables predictive maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime.

Green Packaging Integrated Machine: A single machine is compatible with both "plastic-free paper boxes + water-based adhesive" and "pulp trays + shrink wrap," becoming a hardware requirement for ESG audits in lighting manufacturers.
